Terms & Conditions

All the products purchased from S11 group companies implies to GST (Goods and Service Tax)/Other Taxes as per Indian Government Laws except for International Trade.
The advance amount mentioned in the Proforma Bill should be credited before the goods are processed (Stage : 4) the remaining payment should be processed as per payment terms / within 24 hours from delivery date, whichever is earlier.
The order cannot be cancelled once the once the advance amount is paid. The payment will not be returned back due to order cancellation later or at any other circumstances.
The Bill of Lading will be submitted for shipping terms (CNF, CIF, DP) in forms of e-bill or hard copy through courier which carry your shipment details and helps you to receive the goods at your destination port.
The DO (Delivery Order) charges at the destination port should be taken care from the buyers end and S11 Exports will not be responsible for any charges (eg: Unloading of Goods, Customs Duty of Destination Port..etc) after the goods has reached the destination port.
The shipment may get delayed from the date mentioned in your Pro Forma Bill/Bill Copy due to environment, calamitic and other security conditions.
Any fraudulent activities/crime in terms of trade/payment/communication are subjected to legal issues.
The payment may or may not be subjected to currency conversion charges as per the current status of Indian Government Laws.
If there is any delay in shipment departure for more than 28 days the orders are subjected to cancellation and advance payment will be returned back.
